Terms and Conditions
A full refund will be provided to any goods (excluding non-wrapped soaps) returned, unopened in their original packaging and within 30 days. Shipping expenses, in both directions, are not refundable. Please contact us prior to shipping to let us know the item is coming.
If goods arrived damaged, please contact us immediately. Replacement products will be sent as soon as possible. We may require photo's of the damage.
The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.
Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.
Click & Collect Orders
We offer a Click & Collect service through our market stall at the Paraparaumu Beach Markets on Saturday mornings. Please quote your order number when you come to collect.
Orders for in-stock products placed with payments recieved prior to 12pm (noon) on Friday can be collected the next day.
If you purchase an item indicated to be out of stock or special order, your order will be available for collection the Saturday after the stock arrives to us. In most instances your order should be available for collection the following week. In the rare instance that the delay will be longer than a week, we will contact you as soon as we are aware of the delay and offer a product change or refund.
We will notify you by email to confirm that your order is ready for collection.
We will process your order within 1 business day following payment in cleared funds. Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 5 days for delivery domestically.
If you purchase an item indicated to be out of stock, your order will be shipped as soon as the goods arrive to us. Please note that in some instances this could delay the your delivery by up to 5 business days. In the rare instance that the delay will be longer than a week, we will contact you as soon as we are aware of the delay and offer a product change or refund.
We are unable to ship product outside New Zealand.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight of your total order.
At this time we are offering free Nationwide delivery on orders over $150 (excluding sale items). This may change at a later date.
